Acceptance: Declaration of Authorship and Originality
The undersigned authors declare that the books submitted to Editorial Esprint do not violate the rights of third parties, including any collective rights that may correspond to peoples and nationalities.
The authors agree that the submitted works are original and have not been nor will be submitted to another publisher unless they are formally rejected by Editorial Esprint. The authors take responsibility for the content of the book, as well as having contributed to the conception, design, and execution of the work, analysis and interpretation of data, drafting of the text and its revisions, and they will be liable to third parties.
Under no circumstances may the authors use the content of the book for malicious or harmful purposes. Editorial Esprint reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures.
Acceptance: Transfer of Rights
The authors freely and voluntarily choose:

Non-commercial publication of the work in open access under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This work cannot be published by any other publisher without the express authorization of Editorial Esprint.

Commercial publication of the work with royalties to Editorial Esprint for 40% of the sale price.
a. Non-commercial publication of the work in open access
The work will be published in open access under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This license allows others to download your work and share it as long as they give you credit, but they cannot alter it in any way or use it commercially. This work cannot be published by any other publisher without the express authorization of Editorial Esprint.
b. Commercial publication of the work with royalties to Editorial Esprint for 40% of the sale price.
The author(s) transfer to Editorial Esprint, in total and exclusive form, all patrimonial rights over the titled book, including, but not limited to, reproduction rights, distribution, public communication, transformation, and any other form of exploitation, in all territories and for the period allowed by law.
For the commercial publication of the work, the author agrees that Editorial Esprint will receive 40% of the sale price of each copy sold. This modality includes the distribution and sale of the work in any format, both physical and digital. The author will receive the remaining 60% of the royalties from each sale. Editorial Esprint will handle the promotion, distribution, and commercialization of the work, ensuring it reaches the widest possible audience.
c. Moral rights of the author:
These rights are inalienable and irrevocable for the author. They include the right to be recognized as the author of the work and the right to oppose any distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work that harms their honor or reputation.
d. Introduction of changes after publication
The authors accept the introduction of editorial, spelling, grammatical changes, and citation errors if applicable after the review, as well as style changes by Editorial Esprint (without affecting the author's arguments).
Acceptance: Peer and Editorial Review Process
The authors accept that the process for publishing the book includes:
- Pre-editorial arbitration: Editorial Esprint will conduct a plagiarism check of the work using the iThenticate tool, which must be less than 10%. Additionally, the editor may request changes before the blind peer review process. The authors are aware that the book may be rejected in this process.
- Blind peer review: Editorial Esprint will submit the work to blind peer reviewers who are experts in the book's field to evaluate its content before the editing process. This process may involve several rounds of review before acceptance. The authors are aware that the book may be rejected in any of the review rounds.
- Grammar and spelling review: The book will undergo a grammar and spelling review by a professional.
- Typesetting: A professional will handle the design and visual layout of the book's content.
- Proof review: A proof version of the typeset book will be produced for the authors and editorial team to review the final layout, detect typographical errors, design issues, or any other details that need correction.
- Authors' acceptance: The authors will accept the final version of the book.
- ISBN assignment: An ISBN (International Standard Book Number) will be assigned to the book, and legal deposit will be made.
- Online publication: The publisher will publish the book on its platform in its final version.
It is suggested that the authors do NOT PRINT the book, to contribute to environmental sustainability.
Note: Authors may suggest that the peer review process not be conducted only for books that are not technical, academic, or scientific; examples: self-help books, autobiographies, poetry, or similar.
